In this project we will find the force we need to apply to the spring in order to compress it.
Spring Compression
As you can see on the List of Forces decription in the video, Fy = 14,5 N. This is the reaction force in the planar face on the bottom of the spring.
By doing this project I dived into Nonlinear Simulation and the use of advanced fixtures. On top of that, I learnt to use the list of Result Force. There you can check the Force in X,Y and Z for any surface you select in the body. This makes you have a better understanding of what is happening in your simulation.
