Autonomous Assistance Robot For People Lifting And Indoor Navigation
The robot uses a linear actuator to lift the person in need of assistance. It also has the ability to move autonomously to the room where the person is in the house. To do this, it uses two brushless DC motors and a series of sensors as part of its autonomous driving system.
The system uses 2 DC Brushless motors for making the autonomous indoor navigation possible. Both provide a total power of 104 W.
The motor specification are 4 Vdc, 6’2 A and 4000 rpm.
In order to make the autonomous driving system possible, the robot uses 4 ultrasound sensors.
It uses a linear actuator to elevate the seat. Also, It has a mechanism to spread the legs so the person in need has no problem sitting down in the platform. See next video.
